ONLINE LEGAL ADVICE
How does online legal advice work?
1. COUNSELLING SERVICE
Do you have a legal concern that is related to Turkish law? In this case, we will provide you advice and assistance within the framework of a "initial consultation".
2. CONTACT
Please send your question to the following e-mail address:
polater@turkischer-rechtsanwalt.com
Your data will be protected in accordance with both the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Turkish Data Protection Act. You can find information on data processing and privacy policy below.
We assure you that in the course of providing legal services, your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

3. YOUR REQUEST
We kindly ask you to send us a detailed description of your concern in order to be able to examine your concern in a legally qualified manner and to offer you an appropriate solution for your concern.

4. PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST
We will carry out detailed legal research in relation to the matter you have raised.

5. SOLUTION OF YOUR CONCERN
We will then inform you about the result of the research and let you know which legal options are feasible with regard to your concern.

6. REMUNERATION/FEE

The fee for the initial consultation must be paid in advance. Please transfer the amount to the following account: IBAN
The initial consultation fee for consumers is 150 Euro plus VAT; for entrepreneurs the initial consultation fee is 250 Euro plus VAT.
7. VIRTUAL CONSULTATION or WRITTEN CONSULTATION
After payment of the legal consultation fee, you will receive a Zoom link which you can use to dial in. In the Zoom meeting, we will discuss your concerns, which you had already described to us in advance by e-mail.
If you wish, the result of the initial consultation can also be communicated to you in writing.
8. FURTHER STEPS/LAWSUIT

Should it be determined during the initial consultation that further legal steps are necessary to pursue your matter, e.g. filing a lawsuit or a letter of demand, you are welcome to mandate us for this.
This will incur further costs depending on the effort involved, but we will inform you of these in advance. Cost transparency for the client is particularly important to us.
The initial consultation fee already paid can be credited in the event of a further mandate which relates to the same subject matter of the dispute as the initial consultation.
